Please make sure to enter the child's name in the "registrant" box. The phone and email fields in this section are optional. If you choose to enter a phone or email address, please enter the information for the individual participating in the program.
Please enter the child's birthday. Please enter the birthdate as two digit month and date and four digit year.
Before completing the registration process, please take a moment to read the below policies and releases. You can download and print these for your records, if you so choose. You must acknowledge receiving and/or agreeing to them to complete your registration.
